Partial Solar Eclipse

On Februar 15, 2018 a partial Solar Eclipse can be seen from the Antarctica and Southern South America. This series has 21 eclipse events between July 11, 1953 and July 11, 2029.

A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partly obscuring the image of the Sun for a viewer on Earth.
